How to play Lights Out
Every press flips a light and the lights next to it. Turn all the lights off.

Goal
Turn every light off, using as few presses as you can.
How to play
- Pressing a light switches it, and the lights directly above, below, left and right of it, from on to off or off to on.
- The boards grow from 3×3 on Easy to 6×6 on Expert.
- Each puzzle shows a par, the fewest presses that solve it, and how many presses you may use. Solve it within that number to score.
- If you give up, the explanation marks the squares to press.
Example
Tips
- The order of presses doesn't matter, and pressing a light twice cancels out. So each light is pressed once or not at all.
- Clear the board row by row: for each lit light, press the one directly below it.
- On Easy and Medium, a hint shows one light to press.
Scoring
- Every correct answer is worth 100 points, scaled by difficulty (Easy ×0.8, Medium ×1, Hard ×1.3, Expert ×1.6).
- Answering within 3 seconds adds a 25-point speed bonus.
- Each answer in a row adds a 15-point streak bonus, up to 10 in a row.
- Using a hint halves the points for that answer and skips the bonuses. Hints are only available on Easy and Medium.
- Your score, streak and achievements are saved to your account when the game ends.
