Roles and seats
Who can do what in an organization, who uses a seat, and how to hand over ownership.
Roles#

The Owner sets each member's role from the Organization page.
Seats#
Every member uses a seat, except Billing only people. Pending invitations hold a seat too. When you need more, add extra seats under Plan & seats; when someone leaves, their seat is free for the next person.
Removing a member#
Remove someone from the Organization page. They keep their own account and results, but the organization stops seeing them, and their seat is freed.
Handing over ownership#
The Owner can offer ownership to another member. That member sees the offer at the top of the Organization page and accepts or declines; until then, the Owner can cancel the offer.
