Joining an organization
What happens when you're invited: what you get, what your organization can see, and how to leave.
When your workplace, school or class uses BrainTally, you join its organization with your own account.
Accepting an invitation#

Open the invitation email and press the link. Or use a join link someone shared, or sign in with your work email if your organization has set that up.

Sign in, or create your account with that email.

Read Before you join and accept. You're in, with everything your organization's plan includes.
Invitations can expire or be withdrawn. If yours has, ask your organization's admin to send a new one.
Before you join#
- You can be in one organization at a time. You can leave whenever you like, and you keep your account.
- Your organization's admins can see your results and activity there. Who sees what is shown before you accept.
- Already paying for your own plan? You're offered the chance to stop it renewing. It keeps working until its period ends.
Leaving#
On the Organization page, choose Leave organization. You keep your account and your results, but you lose what the organization gave you, and its admins stop seeing you.
