For teams

Measure a whole team on one scale

An organization account is a shared space on top of individual memberships: invite your members, group them into teams, and see engagement across the group — without anyone being scored differently.

Organizations are set up by our team rather than self-service sign-up, so the first step is a conversation.

What you get

Built for groups, not retrofitted for them

Invite members by email

Bring people into your organization with an email invite. Each person accepts with their own individual account, so their results stay their own.

Group members into teams

Organize members into teams within the organization — useful for keeping departments, cohorts or intakes separate in reporting.

Engagement reporting

Organization-wide activity: member counts, new and active members, sign-ins and support activity, filterable by team and by date range.

Organization branding

Set your organization's name, logo and brand colour from your organization settings, so members recognise where they are.

Consistent conditions

Everyone takes the same assessment under the same timing and the same scoring, which is what makes results comparable across a group at all.

Role-based access

Organization admins see group reporting and member results. Members see their own. Who sees what is explicit, and stated before anyone joins.

Pricing

No separate enterprise tier

An organization is a shared space layered over individual memberships, not a different product with its own price list.

How it adds up

Each member's assessment access is their own individual membership. There is no additional per-organization fee simply to belong to one, and no minimum seat count to negotiate.

What that means in practice

What a team pays is the membership price multiplied by the seats it actually uses — a figure you can work out yourself from the pricing page before you ever speak to us.

Set up your organization

Tell us about your team and we'll create the organization and invite your first admin. It usually takes one short exchange.
