Teams and reports

Group members into teams, and see how your organization is doing: activity and test performance, by team and by member.

Teams#

A team is a group of members, such as a department, a class or an intake, so reports can be filtered and compared by group.

  1. Open Teams in the Organization menu.

  2. Type a name under New team name and create it.

  3. Press Add a member under the team and choose who. A member can be in more than one team; Remove takes them out again.

    Teams, each with its members.

You can also put people into a team as you invite them in bulk: add a comma and the team name after their email.

Reports#

Reports, in the Organization menu, shows how your members are doing over the last 30 days, 90 days or 12 months.

Reports: active members, tests taken, average score, practice and games.
  • Overview: active members, tests taken, the average score, practice accuracy and games played, with week-by-week charts of active members and average test score.
  • Members: every member; open one to see their own activity and results.
  • Teams: compare your teams side by side.
  • Team: filter the whole page to one team.

Only current members appear. Someone who has left drops out of the reports.

Still stuck? The team usually replies within one business day.
