The service

BrainTally provides a cognitive assessment for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not a clinical or diagnostic tool, and results should not be used as the basis for medical, educational, or employment decisions.

Accounts and payment

Some features require a paid membership, billed as a short trial followed by a recurring monthly charge. You can cancel at any time from your results page; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or share your account access with others in a way that circumvents billing.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
