Support: your open and closed tickets, and the help articles.

Find the answer yourself#

Search the help articles on the Support page. When you raise a ticket, articles that might answer it appear as you type the subject.

Raise a ticket#

  1. Press New ticket.

A new ticket: subject, category and what happened.
  2. Write a short subject, and choose a category: it sends your ticket to the right people.

  3. In Description, say what happened, what you expected, and what you've already tried. Dates, amounts and error messages get you a useful reply first time.

  4. Press Submit ticket.

Following it#

  • You get an email and a notification when the team replies. Reply on the ticket's page.
  • We're waiting on you means the team needs something from you before they can carry on.
  • Once your ticket is resolved, you can rate how we did and tell us what we could improve.
  • Resolved tickets stay on the Support page for your records.
