Privacy and your data
Who can see your results, what we keep, and how to have your account deleted.
Your results are private#
Your test results are private by default: only you see them. If you're in an organization, its admins can see your results and activity there; who sees what is stated before you join. See Joining an organization.
What we keep#
We keep what's needed to run your account: your details, your results and progress, your payments, and a record of sign-ins and changes (you can see it on Activity). The privacy policy explains it in full.
Cookies#
Optional cookies, such as analytics, are only used if you allow them. Change your choice any time under Cookie settings on the privacy page.
Deleting your account#
To delete your account and your personal information, contact us through the contact page from the email address on your account. We remove your personal information, except limited records (such as payment records) that we're required to keep for legal or accounting purposes.
