BrainTally for organizations

One plan for a whole team, school or class: start an organization, choose seats, and pay once for everyone.

An organization gives everyone in it Membership through one plan. You pay, members sign in to their own accounts as usual, and you see group reports. Packages come in 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 seats, from $40.00 a month for 5 seats, and you can add seats ($8.00 a month each) as you grow.

The For teams page: what an organization includes, and the packages.

Start an organization#

  1. Open the For teams page and choose a package, or press Start an organization on the Organization page in your account.

  2. Your organization: its name, a short web address (it's used in member IDs, such as acme-0001), what kind of organization it is, roughly how many people, and your country.

  3. Seats: choose a package and any extra seats, and monthly or yearly billing.

  4. Review and pay. When the payment is confirmed (usually within a few seconds), your organization is ready and you're its Owner.

What members get#

  • Membership for every seat: every assessment with full results, all practice, vocabulary, general knowledge and games.
  • Their own account and results. Members sign in as themselves, and their results stay theirs if they leave.

What admins get#

The Organization page for an admin: members, seats and the ways to add people.
  • Members and invitations: invite by email, in bulk, with a join link, or by work email domain. See Inviting members.
  • Teams: group members to compare them in reports. See Teams and reports.
  • Reports: activity and test performance across the organization.
  • Settings: your logo and brand colour, and a rule that every member uses two-step sign-in. See Organization settings.

Paying for it#

The plan, seats and invoices are under Plan & seats on the Organization page, for the Owner and Billing admins. Change the package or extra seats any time: you see the price of the change first. Cancel and every member keeps access until the end of the period, then moves to the free plan.

Still stuck? The team usually replies within one business day.
