Organization settings

Settings, in the Organization menu, applies to everyone in your organization.

Branding#

• Brand colour: used for buttons, links and highlights in every member's portal, and the button in invitation emails. If the colour is too light for white text, it's darkened a little so it stays readable.
• Logo: a PNG, JPEG or WebP picture up to 2 MB, shown beside your organization's name in the portal and at the top of invitation emails. A square or wide image on a transparent or white background works best. Every upload is checked automatically.

If BrainTally has locked your branding, the page says so; contact support to change it.

Require two-step sign-in#

Turn on Require multi-factor authentication for all members and every member must use two-step sign-in. Members who haven't set it up are asked to before they can use their account, and members can't turn it off while the rule is on.

Notifications#

Turn on Notify organization admins when a new member joins to hear about every new member.
