A long boot reaching into the sea, with two large islands beside it: Italy. Named in three seconds with no hints, that is 10 points plus 2 for speed.

So spielst du MapSnap
You see the outline of a country - no name, no borders, no flag. Pick which country it is.
Schaltflächen und Menüs in deinem Konto sind auf Englisch – dieser Leitfaden nennt sie so, wie du sie siehst.
Ziel
Name as many countries as you can from their silhouettes. Harder outlines score more and come with more answers to choose from.
So wird gespielt
- A silhouette appears with a list of countries. Pick the one it shows.
- The answer is checked straight away. A fact file follows: the flag, capital, region, population, area, neighbours, a fact, and where the country sits on the world map.
- Stuck? Take a hint - the continent, the first letter, the capital, the neighbours or the flag. Each one costs 15% of that outline's points.
- Classic asks a set number of countries. Time Attack gives you 60 seconds. Survival ends when your three lives are gone.
- World Tour goes continent by continent: get 7 of 10 right to complete one and unlock the next. Challenge asks 15 of the hardest outlines with no hints, and your best round goes on the leaderboard.

Tipps
- Look at the coastline first: a long straight edge is usually a land border drawn by treaty, a ragged one is sea.
- The wrong answers are neighbours and countries of the same region, so the continent alone rarely settles it.
- Islands and enclaves are part of the outline - a hole in a country is another country inside it.
- Countries you keep missing come back more often until you know them.
Punkte
- An easy outline is worth 10 points and offers 4 answers, a medium one 20 with 6, a hard one 30 with 8.
- Answering within 5 seconds adds a fifth of the outline's points.
- Each right answer in a row adds a tenth of the points, up to five in a row.
- Each hint takes 15% off that outline's points.
- Challenge pays half as much again on every answer.
- Days in a row: from the second day a round earns 5% more for each day, up to 25%.
